Wow, exciting second half that either team could have won. If I were a Spurs fan I would take heart in a spirited second half that nearly resulted in a fantastic comeback (Should Bale have put Defoe through instead of sprinting wide of the defender?).
After our second you probably had the better of the play, but as time and time again we are told by Utd fans, winning when not at your best is the making of champions.
Lastly, Balotelli. I'm not sure it was intentional but I would be aggrieved if I were you too, so I'm not going to excuse him. However, we city fans were labelled 'cry-babies' after the Kompany red, so I assume your complaining will be limited (not).
Anyway, fantastic game that we deserved to win (just) but should have lost. Well done Spurs, hope you get 2nd.
Great game

Both Lescott and Balotelli should have had reds for their actions. Simple as. Whether the ref saw it or not doesn't change that. Hope the FA sort it out and act retrospectively.
City have a fairly dirty streak that everyone apart from City fans can see.

Lescott's was an accident, flailing arms: a foul yes, but no more. I could equally say Parker deserved a red for his challenge on Richards. But I am sensible and can see they were both accidents, so I won't.
If Balotelli's was intentional, which is debatable, then yes he deserved a red.
Dirty streak? Now someone has not taken defeat well in the slightest: '...but you're a dirty team, so there', is basically what you are saying.

Not at all. If spurs lose fair and square I take it on the chin, we were pretty unlucky today ref-wise however.
It is annoying to see a team with as much talent as city committing dirty fouls. Ive seen it in other games and they should cut it out.

No good team has ever fouled

Apart from that tho, as you say, was a great game.

I just watched the slow motion coverage of that incident I don't think it looked deliberate he looked well off balance. Pity Alan Green has a bug up his ass as no doubt will M.O.T.D..
If they ban us I think City should sue the F.A.if that so called assault was seen in Court they would throw it out.

Balotelli and lescott both need to be banned. Just because lescott has a mashed up head does not give him the right to try and give kaboul one as well.

Listen to yourselves. This is sad!
We've had a period of ten games or so where we get punished for everything possible via officials, and you've had one and you're acting like a bunch of sore children, cmon guys, the OP has tried to ignite some sort of gracious talk about the game, are you capable of taking part?

"Kompany was sent off for a wild two-footed lunge despite knowing full well what the rules of the game are.
Balotelli stamped on Parkers head, Lescott dropped Kaboul with a right hook..."
Afflicted with gross exaggeration much?
