It's the only thing that can save them I think. Should we get in there first if we lose Harry?

"his skill is to get the best out of the players he has and he has done that wherever he has been"
When they are inherently good ??
It does beg the question on the folklore.
Were Porto say the likes of Swansea before Jose ??
Not stellar players, nor wealthy club, but becoming a good team due to a manager getting them playing the right way.

Yes the players need to be good but he turns them into winners........
Inter doing the treble in the Barcelona era is a superb achievement and look at them since he left!
Madrid winning the league in the Barcelona era also another great achievement if it happens.
And remember he won the title with Chelsea the year after the Invincibles!

All good stuff, but not akin to my "Swansea" .
I think my doubts on Jose for Spurs are sound.
Cannot blame a tight/interfering chairman etc when the team does not deliver, when you know upfront the money is not there to buy in the talent.

RDBD..........
I am not saying Jose should be allowed to manage at Spurs and that Levy should concede control to him.
I have just said I can´t see it happening because Levy won´t concede control to that level.
Are we not getting a little ahead of ourselves in regards to Swansea? One promising half season in the PL does not a dynasty make!
We have seen this happen with other teams only to see it eveñtually go pear shaped.

Levy is not Abramovich. He runs the BUSINESS, not the team.
But doing a to him that you cannot progress due to lack of funds to buy marquee players etc cuts no ice.
Arry can probably tell you that first-hand.
Swansea have modest resources.
Their performance is due to a manager intent on playing a certain way, conveying that to his players, who have responded it to it, and are playing much better than so-called better PL incumbents.

Yes but the sample size for judging Swansea is insignificant at this point.

Martiñ Jol is good, there are good mañagers other thañ Jose.
David Moyes would be a likely cañdidate, he cañ`t stay at Evertoñ for ever.

Neither is a top name for me. I wanted Ancelotti or somebody of that status. We'd be London's top club for ages.
