For you to say that he cannot pass as well as someone who is really good at passing and then in the same sentance say he is good is bizarre.

I think he is the least talented passer odf the ball of all the CM's in the England squad yes. I also think that when Spurs have played a top team they have lost. I also think that when England played Spain he got found out a bit.

It's not all about 'being a good passer'. It's about making the right decision, at the right time. Parker more often than not will pass the ball forward, which is always a good sign imo.
