I remember a few on here were disappointed when Grella was allowed to leave us. Well, it looks like he can't even cut it at Brentford. His contract has been terminated by mutual consent.

Bit of a shame really, he seemed to possess skill but never really found any goalscoring form. I expect him to end up back in the American leagues.
Hopefully Rogers will prove to be a better import with his MLS and international experience.
Grella moves on...

Saw him in a reserve game and he looked a decent prospect, but he didn't show much in league games. And if he wasn't doing the business at Brentford, well it's a harsh world is football.

I really liked the guy, his skill was obvious, but he seems to have a character flaw somewhere to keep falling out of favour at clubs.

Made 18 appearances for the Bees since joining from Leeds in August and scored four goals for the club – all against Bournemouth in the Johnstones Paint Trophy.
Says it all really.
Uwe Rosler is a sensible chap.

He refused to go out on loan to many clubs under Grayson so i think it's an attitude problem. I remember him scoring 4 goals for the reserves here, he clearly has ability.

That could go a long way toward explaining our owner's attitude, and the team's altitude.

Nowt wrong with my aptitude Eric, so is it Jonny or the OP? Or could it possibly be anyone at the club's attitude and/or aptitude?

jami01, there's certainly nowt wrong with yours.
How is your attitude to altitude though? I see it as the height of good measurement.

I see it as the height of good safety when I'm in a jet plane flying over mountainous terrain.
