Women's tennis is different because one player doesn't tend to dominate for years. In the Men's game you had Sampras and now Federer and Nadal. Murray is a fantastic player, his time will come.
Serena may have more Slams, but i'll only remember her as being a whiner and always ungracious. As the OP said, good riddance!

im sorry but murray whines just as much and his attitude is one of the worst in tennis. i for one am glad he isnt good enough to ever win a slam, or else we would prob be adding arrogance to that

Time waster extrordanaire. And when the umpire bothered to pick him up on it he went crazy. Murray's not the only one who can act a bit spoilt from time to time but he's one of the few who really takes abuse for it.
