bit harsh, serena has won many slams and dominated the womens game for years, she is just aging thats all, whereas murray who is supposed to be at his peak simply isnt good enough to win just 1 slam

Being a good sportswoman is one thing, but being a good woman and human altogether is completely another.

Just look at sharapova,she is so seccy,hugely popular,but again she is so down to earth,so womanly,so liked by everybody,she doesnt show her power to poor people.
Coming to murray,he is young, and vastly improved.he has a good chance of winning the most coveted trophy in individual sport,wimbledon this time,he just needs to beat nadal is SF and federer in the finale.

There was a lot of people getting on the "Murray to win Wimbledon" bandwagon after Queens...

I did not subscribe to that theory - however - he is playing very very well



I would love him to win it - but the pressure will be immense - he'll probably win a different slam before Wimbledon (if at all)

Murray is looking like che-guevara, anyone else think that too?
He looks more determined than ever.he has the blessing of newly married prince and princess.he is not short of any inspiration.

Women's tennis is different because one player doesn't tend to dominate for years. In the Men's game you had Sampras and now Federer and Nadal. Murray is a fantastic player, his time will come.

Serena may have more Slams, but i'll only remember her as being a whiner and always ungracious. As the OP said, good riddance!

Time waster extrordanaire. And when the umpire bothered to pick him up on it he went crazy. Murray's not the only one who can act a bit spoilt from time to time but he's one of the few who really takes abuse for it.
