Is any other fan on here pleasantly surprised with the amount of support we are getting from local governnent and politicians? I must say I feared the worst and felt we would be portrayed as the villians, tax dodgers, cheats etc. I expected the First Minister or Prime Minister to come out and tell us this should be an example to all who defy HMRC.
However, we have actually been getting a lot of backing, words of encouragement and I get the feeling the Scottish government will do all they can to help us now. A pennies in the pound deal may still be on the table. Are 'the establishment' still looking out for us?

I'm not to sure - with recent reporting I think it will be put down to an honest mistake by the old regime and brushed under the carpet. There is no point in going all out for the money cause they won't get it.

Aye Ecosse, we will have to change the words to "Super Ranger they all like us..they all care...we"...... well you know the end of it stays the same.

I think HMRC have known since the day they raised the case that ultimately they weren't going to get their money back and came to terms with that long ago.
What they want is the ruling and to nail Whyte to the wall.
