I'm not to sure - with recent reporting I think it will be put down to an honest mistake by the old regime and brushed under the carpet. There is no point in going all out for the money cause they won't get it.

Aye Ecosse, we will have to change the words to "Super Ranger they all like us..they all care...we"...... well you know the end of it stays the same.
I think HMRC have known since the day they raised the case that ultimately they weren't going to get their money back and came to terms with that long ago.
What they want is the ruling and to nail Whyte to the wall.
