Very irritating. Why did Shehwag not go ahead with the appeal and start a trend of fair play yesterday?
Wasnt it a best chance for shehwag ?and it also possibly cost India a crucial Game.
And what about the umpires?what a fckk.
Cricket at times look a game full of hypocricy.
Why are Indian afraid to run a batsman out?

Bell was on 150 and smashing that feeble bowling attack all around the ground. After that pathetic incident he made about five more runs. The guy fielding the ball on the boundary rope was to blame. He behaved like a petulant, beaten, tired, overweight school girl. Bell can be excused for doing what he did because the fielders had given up. 4:0

Maksi, don't get me wrong, you are funny in your harsh assessment, but at the end of the day, the fact that Bell was in no trouble at all and looking good for his first double century, made his actions look even more foolish. The softest of soft dismissals.
As Eddie Murphy would say "s-o-f-Capital T...sofTTT"
Anyway, he ended up making his double-century by the end of the series anyway. Glad he got it properly in the end.

lol JT. Thanks mate If my memory serves me right, the fielder didn't even throw the ball in properly? This was not the run out of a great fielder stooping down, grasping the ball and flinging it in to the keepers gloves an inch over the bails and beating the batsman who is sliding in at one hundred miles an hour.
When the bails were knocked off, Bell was sitting in the pavilion eating his prawn sandwiches. It was ridiculous

loool maksi you make me laugh with those little jokes you put in. eating sandwich in the pavilion. anyway maksi its like the bell runout would have made a difference to the results but the just the fact that whatever india will do atm will be critisized. remember when they won, you said oh great india won the battle of losers. so are leading that from the front

The Australian way is for Ponting to run to the Umpire every time a decision is made they disagree with and eyeball him.

I'm trying to think of an analogy as to what Bell did. It's like a match in Tennis.
Player A needs one more point to win his service game and hits a fast serve to the corner.
Player B gets to the ball but resigns himself to losing the point by hitting a very tame, lobbed, exhibition like return which most likely will go out but even if it lands in will be an easy putaway.
Player A thinking that Player B has given up the point walks off to his chair only to find out that the tame return has landed in.
Player A still feels he should've won the point as Player B had given up the point.
