I can't believe Jenkinson is on 20k a week when only a year ago he was playing in the conference.

The only fees justified are Kosch, Wilshere, Sagna, Song, and RVP

Sorry but those look rubbish and at least 20-30% overestimations.

For example Theo is on £45-50k and wants £70k a week. The new offer to RVP is reported to be £90k, he is on about £75k. (all per week)

Even though Wilshere is class he probably on about 60k now which doesnt quite sit with me.

My thinking is that if he is on 60k per week at the ages of 19/20 whats he going to be asking for when he is 25?

There should be a maximum wage limit depending on age.

I.e - 16-20 Year old = 20K MAX
21-24 = 30-40K MAX
25-27 = 50-70K MAX

Obviously you have exception such as players like Cesc & RVP where they would earn a bigger wedge as they are WC.

Wilshere is getting £40k a week. Arsenal players only get a new contract based on certain targets. Jack got a new contract when he became an England player. He is not earning 55k a week.

This is the worst set of rubbish estimates ever written. OP you have to use a little better judgement in quoting blogs written by 5 year olds.

He is an International player and also fits the 'home grown' criteria for the 25 man squad limit (which is very important for the new rules). He has also probably accepted being a squad player.

I also doubt he has got the wages being quoted. He probably has club options based on number of appearances etc with a low base salary.

I also assume that there were offers for Djrourou which means that he can be sold for a slightly higher fee on a longer contract.

Our problem is not correctly valuing players when they are still developing such as Bendtner and Denilson. I think the club over estimated their ceiling as players. In my opinion the club incorrectly thought they are better than they really are. A mistake by the scouting department.

We pay our developing players too much and then overestimate their transfer values.
