He deserves a chance. I want to see him at least on the bench against Bolton. He is shining in the reserves. Our two strikers are not performing. So what he is too young. He will be hungry for a goal, he has something to prove. At least give him 45 minutes if Torres/Drogba don't perform in the first half.

A young player coming into a team creating little and playing as poorly as we have done could do more harm than good.
He does deserve some game time but not as a starter just yet, big big jump from reserves to fighting for a CL place

I disagree. We are in a desperate moment and both Torres and Drogba have been awful recently.
Lukaku was first choice striker in Belgium so it´s not as if he´s only ever played reserve football.
Many people used to say that Sturridge wasn´t ready when used to play for the reserves when clearly he was ready.
Lukaku can´t continue to play in the reserves forever and we desperately need to play an in-form striker who can lead the line.

I would rather see a front 3 of Mata Sturridge Kalou.
I agree Torres and Drogba should not be 1st choice, but no matter what we think im sure AVB has a plan to surprise us all.
Maybe next year we should do a chelsea team predictor bet no one would ever get the starting 11.

I would start Lukaku if Torres isn't available. Superb's team with Bertrand at LB
