David James was still the England keeper when he signed as he was the current holder of the Jersey Cappello decided after the world cup he wanted to go with youth(thats what he said then picks Terry et al in every game he can)
Atyeo and Wedlock won their caps whilst playing for Bristol City, for the Gas so far as I know Geoff Bradford got his 1 cap I think he is the only player to get an England cap whilst playing for the thats all I can find in my notebooks no doubt someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

All true hawk, but ol' 83 is trying to get us at it,our comparison was being made with the great Alan Ball, whilst playing for the "gasheads" and he sure as hell had stopped playing for England as had MicK Channon..

I wasnt getting at anything Wiz. I was just curious how many from your list actually played for England while at City. I actually dont know if any Rovers player played for the gas as well as England.
Hawk, if there was a international game straight after the World Cup, James would not of been picked. Just my opinion. The fact is though, he has not played for England since moved to City. I just wanted to know who has played for City and England the same time.

After checking Geoff Bradfords 1 cap is the only England cap won by a BRFC player whilst playing for the Gas.
