I know I am making more enemies with this but I sincerely want to thank Mr. Roman for taking what I believe is the right decision as time will prove. Avb had run out of ideas, it would have been unfair to Carlo and other sacked managers elsewhere in the world to allow avb to carry on, clearly he didn't know what to do anymore, he has tried all he knows. The club has to move forward, I am looking forward to next game with renewed belief. I hereby urge all the players and fans to get behind the new manager and together we can get restore the pride and dignity of our dear club. One thing though, RDM should stay clear of Torres else he might be leaving sooner than later. Imo. I thank you all especially the pro avb group for all the support we gave to avb while he was here, its a pity it didn't work out, we shouldn't blame roman or the board, avb was given ample time to save his job.

I agree with the Roman.
Why should he stick by a manager (key word is manager) who while at the helm is showing no signs of getting this Chelsea team to improve at the business end of the season?
The team were getting worse as game goes on and as people like to say his biggest allie in Luiz was also making crucial mistakes.
He had to go.

surely he needed to come up with good ideas to win games, you can't just send the boys out to play and expect to win, I think he had some ideas but the problem was that it just wasn't working, Cole said it I believe.

and he was talking too much rubbish to the media, you shouldn't be talking about replacing the old guard and still expect them to play for you, surely avb should have been intelligent enough to know that.

Not sure about that, but even if they did, we would be in an ongoing impossible situation if he had stayed. If he was not strong enough to deal with them, then he was not strong enough to be our man.
