He didn´t need ideas, he needed players who were willing to actually for him.

Clearly that was far too much to ask from our overpaid primadonnas.

The players got AVB sacked on purpose. That performance against West Brom was a disgrace.

I know its the right decision, there was no other option left really, even avb and his family will feel relieved now, the pressure was just too much for his young shoulders

Why should he stick by a manager (key word is manager) who while at the helm is showing no signs of getting this Chelsea team to improve at the business end of the season?

Not sure about that, but even if they did, we would be in an ongoing impossible situation if he had stayed. If he was not strong enough to deal with them, then he was not strong enough to be our man.
