Right it`s not been the greatest of week`s, but we are still 3rd, four points in front of our nearest rivals.
We have only lost seven league games this season, four of those against teams directly above us, so no shame there, most other teams have lost to them as well. We are in my opinion at the level our team deserves at present, not quite good enough to beat the best when it matters, so need to just step up a level on that one, but able to beat most other opposition. We know we can now give City and United good games, just need now to turn the performances into results.
I would have taken that at the start of the season, so let`s try to stay positive, we are still in the FA Cup with a possible couple of trips to Wembley to come, and very much still in the mix for CL.
Harry has made one or two strange selections this season, but come on, he has been a breath of fresh air since he has been at the club, and deserves our support. This season I am sure the team and Harry have learnt plenty, so can only be good for the future.
Keep the faith, the season is still very much alive, and should be a cracking finish to the season.
Ok, let`s just get things in perspective.

And then we are into 'phase 3' (final 8 games, NONE against our top 4 rivals, potentially all against bottom-half teams) .
==============================
Yes but fail to pick up maximum points in those three and/or see the gap reduced will surely the pressure is on, even with lower level teams.

Yeah, but take away Peterbaey, and the average quality of articles goes up a million-fold.
We are going to win the Champions League

We played well, the stats show we played well... and any other team would have got battered,.
United are something else and can grind out results! lets not get down by this result, we did ourselves proud, United were just better than us! and we played really well

Serial :
The target I have set Spurs this season is 76 pts.
And divided the season into phases.
We are currently in the worst part (phase 2) that ends with Chelsky.
My exit target for that phase is 60 pts.
We are currently only 1 pt behind schedule (despite who we have had to play) .
Feel free to further discuss this after the Chelsky game.

Its been a very tricky run of games also...
Next week is no walk over away at Everton and now a very important game.
Our 10 game run in is not to bad at all. Only away at Chelsea looks tricky, and they are in disarray at the mo.
Its always disappointing to lose, but we would have taken this position at the start of the season so lets stay positive.

I agree, the only possible disapointment is that are important players like Bale, Van der Vaart seem to be missing all our important games. That is just typical.

Bale been ill yesterday summed up the luck in the last few weeks.... Ever since the shocking day at Stoke I feel we have been unlucky.
Ade had a goal ruled out at Wolves wrongly... I am sure there are a few more.
We had some luck early season. The win at Fulham comes to mind where we should have lost about 5 nil.
But we are due a slice of good fortune and I seriously hope we get it in the next few weeks.
