Long story (relatively) short, thought Dons played poorly, no players showed desire.
Thought Doumbe and Powell were the only players who looked interested so kinda shocked at the criticism Powell recieved. We won't (Well shouldn't) play as poorly as that for the rest of the season but credit to Yeovil, came for a draw and got more than they needed. Even if I didn't realise they actually scored their goal, as I got up out of my seat shouting to Yeovil's players and fans' late goal celebrations "Why you celebration for!! It hasn't been given!" before I turned around to see the ref's hand pointing towards their end. Left me rather redfaced.
Not in a good mood at all tonight, Roll on Saturday.

Just read Robbo's comments saying if you though MK Dons were bad you should see the other sides.well, I had ten minutes, so i quickly looked at the stats from Tuesday games for the top 6 sides
Charlton Had 10 Shots on target but didn't score
Sheffield United had 6 on target and scored 2
Sheffield Wednesday had 9 on target and scored 2
Huddersfield had 5 on target and scored 1
Notts County had 4 and scored 1.
MK Dons had 3 on target and didn't score any.
I agree with him that booing doesn't help, but it understandable if the team on average shot once every 30 minutes.
He needs to accept that sometimes you have to come away from pretty football to get the result, and 100 passes without a shot, is a 100 passes wasted

I agree Robbo can be over sensitive about people booing, but he has a point considering how many other managers say we are the best team they have played.
Ian Wright could now be our most important signing. As the strikers coach he has to show them how to put the ball in the net. Come on Wright I know you are up for it.

Furz, I am not disputing that MK Dons do play the most attractive football in league 1, the point is though to get a result you sometimes need to play unattractive football.
The thing I don't like about Robbo is the way he disparages other clubs when they (from a results perspective) are more effective. - I know, I know, I should get over him insulting Wimbledon, but the fact is that by Brentford adopting "the Old Wimbledon style" they turned a 3-0 defeat into a 3-3 draw, and rather than him thinking "oh that change of tactics worked", he inferred they didn't play football the right way.

I agree Bill and I can see other managers using it in their pre match team talk. I can just imagine them saying that Robbo thinks we are too good to play them, that he thinks we are Barcalona and they can't play. He has to work out a way to big up our team without belittling others.

I said 3-0 the other day, and I will stick with it, but with Dean picking up L1 POTM, he probably won't score again in March
If MK Dons don't win, I am going to go back to predicting 2-2 whilst they are still in a playoff place.
