Come on guys!!

Get behind the team now really!

And that includes Frank!!!

I certainly have lost a lot of respect for him and yea maybe he deserves a few boos for a short period, but thats so he knows that all of us are not happy with his recent antics.

But calling him names like Fat Frank and all that is just silly. Doing that makes you just as bad as the clowns that have been coming on our boards all these years and giving him that same abuse.

Hes a Chelsea legend and can be forgiven. Ok hes made big mistake with this whole saga but look at all the bad headlines John Terry has brang to the club in recent years. E.g. Bridge affair, Stadium tour scandal, Ferdiand controversy.

But you can't forget all the good times he has given us. For me his past trumps his bad points this season.

As I said, hes gone down in most of our estimations, he deserves a few boos, to let it be known that us paying fans disapprove of his 150k a week attitude BUT the verbal abuse is going a bit too far IMO.

These footballers have such an easy job, I can't believe how much attention and motivation they need. As if chants from the fans and seeing their names on stadium banners aint enough.

I think there record speaks for itself. They have proved time and time again they do not need to be spoon fed.

If you are not happy comparing the situation with the people side of things then think about it more scientifically.

When identifying a problem you look at constants and changes, if you took that approach then the problem would appear to be AVB rather than the players.

If Grant (sacked) Scolari (sacked) Ancelotti (sacked) weren't good enough yet the players went on to win things or qualify with ease for CL places or even reached the CL final then why wouldn't they under AVB?

We would all love to be footballers and earn their wages but if it was easy we would all be doing it and we wouldn't command their wages.

Because they are deluded, and still think they are still as good as they were back then and fail to adopt the managers new plans of using them more sparingly.

Nonsense, Anelka and Alex sure, they put in transfer requests and were ostracised.

The majorty of the squad were unhappy, that is more than are regualrly playing, this has little to do with the managers plans so much as implementation, he got it wrong.

Also Spurs and City have come into the frame with more hard working determined players.

JFDI watch how many of our players run with thier head down without the ball (not many). Why I say that is because players who run with thier head down without the ball are the ones busting a gut to get foward or track back. Only Essien does this and Ramires but none of our strikers for example.

You see guys like Rooney and Welbeck do this regualry.

Mate I put as much into that as I do managers that sit still on the bench or jump up and down on the line r even carry a poxy umbrella, I don't care, I care only about results, they are good enough or not good enough, the reasons behind them are beyond me. I will never presume to understand them, I am not close enough to the situation, none of us are.

I have expressed my views, if you do not share them fine but you will not change them.

Are the players that mentally weak?????

They managed to do fine when Grant was in charge.

Salute the players for succeeding in the past, at times despite the manager. But how long can that go on?

Lampard's refusal to embrace RDM when we scored tells us that it's still going on.

It's time it was stopped.

If it was just Lampard or even a few, I could perhaps agree but as it is the majority of the squad I cannot.
