Y does someone have to be dropped? the injury crisis will hit and players need rotation when on bad form.

Exactly, why can't we have a top class 2nd team like Barca, look at Cesc he hardly plays a full game but has only been injured once this season because he is being used sparingly, I wish we had the luxury of doing that when he played for us!
Look how Wilshere was over used and where he is today.

He's mostly in hospital and playing Fifa!
