Good link.

Nice to hear him say players are doing what he's asking of them instead of Grayson's blaming the players for not doing what he'd told them to do.

Breath of fresh air in his interviews.

Perhaps the players did not do what Grayson told them while they did do what NW told them?

I just did not see SG dropping players after comments like that which is what most managers probably would do.

Having just watched the highlights, cos I listened to match on radio,

I'd say there's a lot more urgency and commitment from players, especially our defence.

Warnock is not an over night fixer but seems to have got the defence playing a lot tighter and better with more enthusiasm and commitment.

Becchio, although unlucky, is also playing a lot better after his injury comeback.

You can see the difference between Warnock and SG, the gap is the size of the Sahara Desert.

From what I've heard, and seen results wise, SG is carrying on where he left off at Leeds.

Warnock has obviously made a difference, the motivation, commitment, enthusiasm and inspiration have certainly moved up 2 or 3 levels, and he seems to have the respect of the players, something SG didn't seem to have.

Go Warnock, go Leeds.

colin says tooo much you have to pick the wheat from the chaff & take him with a pinch of salt.
a new manager always makes players stand up to be counted as they have been moved out of their comfort zone. when a manager has been in place for a while then some players seem know their place, as soon as a new boss comes in then its all up in the air again & they have to show the boss what they really can do etc...so I don't believe it is actually what colin has done just his arrival at ER was enough to give them all a kick up the jacksy. Also colin will bring in new players which makes the original squad worry for their place. colin has't done much for me yet I don't see his so called excellent managment skill come into play yet, just a fresh face to give the squad some thing to think about
