When Drogba has a scoring chance he comes charging through the players, knocking everyone flying, going like bulldozer...but if a little guy merely taps his shoulder in a legal brush, Drogba drops like a ton of bricks holding his face...Oscar written all over him..and some times he is even on side ha ha... but not often when he scores...what an actor!!!

Football needs a referee watching on a TV with an audio relay to the real ref - 90% of poor decisions would be corrected, even without slow-motion and playback, which I agree would slow the game down too much.

Simply, the referee needs a hand which the current assistants can't give. Clearly.

How about retro active punishment for persistant cheats!

Drogba wins the Oscar , the others don't even get nominated. I watched most of the games of the Afcon and he knew that the African ref will not give him anything for play acting and he did not dive. He knows where he will get attention.
