Another new signing to help restructure our scouting network - Russ Richardson senior recruitment honcho working with Gary Owers.
With David Lee having left and now joined up with GJ at Northampton as assistant manager we needed someone to sort out the scouting and it seems KM continues to look to improve our not overly impressive record over the years, since AD, perhaps we can look forward in a few years to some really classy players comming through our youth ranks and from nonleague something that will really help the club, if we can get good players through our own youth/scouting system(ala Crewe) rather than paying large transfer fees that will help the Clubs long term cash flow.
Behind the scenes restructuring continues

We've done pretty well out of the lower leagues with our current squad.
Pitman
Maynard
Adomah
Bolasie
The first 3 are all class, and I reckon Bolasie will prove to be among them (though it may take a few months for him to acclimatize)
All good though - developing the factory floor is the future, both for building and also for selling.
And lets face it, City cant live with the big boys on perspective gates of 25,000 (with the new ground), so we have to do what clubs like West Ham have done for many years and groom them for the Arsenals and Uniteds. Somehow I dont think that would be quite so bad if we were permanently in the top flight
But then we havent lost anyone yet and I might think differently when we do
