I just read it back and was a little sickened myself. My ability to spell has taken a real tumble recently, I think my brain is rotting.

Not sure I'd go that far but Chris McCormack did give me the best haircut I ever had.

If you like 3 Colours Red then do you also like The Wildhearts? Best. Band. Ever.

JJG, how are the meatnuts coming along?

"Earth vs." was awesome - I kinda lost interest after that, but I think they did too.

....hang on, JJG, you're not _the_ Ginger are you?

I ate them all. And then I made a second batch and ate them too. Then I made a third batch with chicken and egg but I couldn't be bothered to cook them but I still ate them anyway.

I think this is why my brain is rotting.

Mmm...meatnuts.

Seen them play live at least 10 times. There stuff on CD isn't that heavy, but a few times I've seen them they've been absolutely brutal.

I do indeed JJG. I Wanna Go Where The People Go is pretty much a summer anthem for me.

I tried to make myself a batch but they tasted like sawdust, i think i missed out a secret ingredient

I'm afraid I can't agree with you there, the Wildhearts have a phenomenal back catalogue, it just got overshadowed by the soap opera the band became.

Don't believe Serial's hype, I'm not even ginger, let alone Ginger. I have just paid £25 to get a signed copy of his limited release triple album though. I'm such a fanboy.

So with all the Wildhearts links abounding - surely one of you bought the Honeycrack album, I'm yet to meet someone else who did.

Really like it at the time, must dig it out and see what it's really like.

Rediscovering albums is ace.

I love the Honeycrack album. And it's really stood up to the test of time well. It's one of the few Wildhearts spin off bands that got anywhere near the original.

Apart from Ginger's solo stuff of course.

I knew Jon Soloman - who I think played drums in a Wildhearts related band/project - for a brief time back in the 90s.

Thoroughly lovely chap.

The term mp3 has transcended it's definition to mean a digital track. Much like "rewind" on your DVD player. You can't rewind a disc.
