In any case why be so proud of the complete lack of dignity and the shame of not paying what you owe.
.........................................................................
HMRC have settled every retrospective tax claim; EBTs were legal; its not tax evasion ( I KNow GOebells told you if you repeat a lie enough everyone will believe).
Ticketus did a shady deal to help a conman buy Rangers; they deserve everything coming to them.
ALL the minor creditors will be paid.
Id rather die with our history......you know the rest.
Ps Ur da would be mortified by your celtic career!!
Perhaps the OP could tell us how he came up with the 50p in the £ figure for the CVA.

Leave it alone,FFS!
Whyte sees himself as preferred creditor, D&P don't-another court case.
Ticketus' contract remains-possibly another court case.
These bids will be conditional

So on this forum we have legal minds who can sort out the problem, which will run in the courts for probably a few years.
Whyte will not simply walk away. He owns Ibrox.
Ticketus will not simply let the administrators cancel their deal. They will fight in court.
HMRC may not simply go for a CVA.
BTW Ticketus will want to fight the case in an English court if it suits. They did the deal in England. This is the first thing which will need to be sorted out. Under which law does all of this take place.
It may be best simply to go for liquidation and get a new start if poss asap.
