Sterling did more in 10 minutes than most did all game (though Downing put in a few good balls).
I think we need Rafa. If only because he'll buy players from the spanish leagues and not from the North-East of England

The team is currently in relegation form. Todays performance was abysmal...and we seem to be getting worse every game. We have to stop the rot. Kenny doesn't seem to be capable of turning it around, if it continues this way we might finish in the lower half of the table come the end of the season.
Kenny did a good steadying job last season, probably too good which meant he had to be kept on. But to be honest, he should have gone last May reputation intact.
I watched Steve Hunter and Didi Hamann's commentary on LFCtv, and Hunter described an Enrique run and pull-back into the box, saying it was brilliant but that there was no one in the box.
There was a brief pause as he looked round the pitch to see where Liverpool's strikers were, and he actually lost his cool a bit, saying "Carroll's back on the halfway line puffing, Didi! Fffffffffff...lipping 'eck!"
We're An Shambles™.
depends when the job is offered Siempre.
if its now Rafa is obvious choice, but give Kenny the rest of the season as we have a Fa cup semi to play maybe another final and league position wont mean that much apart from pride, so could target a few managers around Europe.
I'd love to get into Dalglish's mind and find out just why he almost always leaves it so late to make changes. Sterling coming on at 60 or 70 mins could have made all the difference.
That said though, a team with the players, money and ambition of Liverpool should not be struggling to dispatch Wigan and QPR and that it took a rookie to put some life into the team says what a sad state they are at the mo.
What I'd love to ask Kenny:
Why did you leave the substitutions until so late?
Was 1 up front really the way to play against 3 centre backs?
Would you like me to hail you a taxi?
cheers for the thread Culty,
too depressed to stick around and chat, going to have a smoke and drink.
have a good weekend people (well as good as you can!) might be on here Monday(if i can stomach the wums)
Not much point though, he'd just say something about terrific passing and how he's delighted with our useless players then walk off.
Cheers Jenners. Don't know if you guys noticed that I stopped updating the thread a while. I'll do it know for the sake of presentation, just couldn't bring myself to do it earlier.
I don't blame you culty, I turned the stream off after that second Wigan goal, the effort from some of the team just seemed so pathetic.
...whats wrong with us
never saw any of the game but the result says it all
Back 2 back losses against teams fighting relegation, we're becoming an easy 3 pounts for them, the next couple of teams in the relegation mire will licking their lips at the prospect of facing us.
@The Verbal Jouster
It was just poor, really poor. Remember when the defense against the problem of not being able to finish chances was that the rest of the play is good so its nearly there? That good play just vanished, hopefully it'll return soon but god it was poor today.
