This is a joke performance from Murray. Get the ball in first before you go for unlikely winners, Andy.

And he's been broken early on in the 3rd set. Is Arsene Wenger his coach or something?

Arry must be the coach of Richard Gasquet then. Nowhere to be seen in the last stages of a competiton.

This is just like watching Barcelona toy with Arsenal all over again.

Not BBC though.

Ok. I still have to contend with Alan Hansen drooling over United with monotnous regularity on MOTD.

Oh like the time this year when we won the league, and he proceeded to show a montage of all the dodgy decision we got all season and imply that’s the only reason we won it?

Yeah, he loves us.

Tedious. Can't you watch Tennis without always referring to football? Although please name me the one side that actually beat Barca in the CL last season?

Can people stop referencing football please, it's the tennis board for gods sake.

Touche. No more football talk.

Ok, how about England in a World Cup? I'm sure your outrage towards the lack of impartiality on display is only because you don't like Murray. Very much doubt you have issues with impartiality when it suits you, dickwad.

Don't take it personally, I only use Arsenal as the example, because we're used to seeing them getting knocked out to Barcelona before the final, just as Murray does with Nadal.

great point, Murray.

"Ok, how about England in a World Cup? "

Why are you insistent on making this a nationality thing??

Guys no more football talk in tennis forum,ok!
.
Btw, england has just been handed a sound thrashing by Srilanka in the ODI series.
Is Murray following suit?

posted on 1/7/11

I'm not. I'm just sure your problem with the lack of impartiality is not based on any sound conviction. You don't like Murray on a personal level so stick with that.

Yes Yes Yes Nadal.

Tbh I dislike Murray based on his style of play and the way he conducts himself on court. Nothing to do with nationality. In the earlier stages of the tournament I'm indifferent towards him and in the later, when the top 4 seeds end up playing each other I would always choose root for his opponent.

I can't believe anybody ever bothered hyping him up for this match, the outcome is so inevitable.

Federer - 16 Majors
Nadal - 10 Majors
Djokovic - 4 Majors
Del Porto - 1 Major
Murray - 0

Tells the story really.

Unbelievable. British or Scottish or what, Nadals won so many grand slams, Murray's a massive under dog. Since when do we support the favourite?

This Man Utd syndrome is reaching embarrassing proportions.
