It's coz Arsenal are foreign
Don't think it is bias so much as hesitancy which leads to doubt and where there is doubt there cannot be a decision. Unfortunately these hesitancies seem to occur during high profile matches and at high profile grounds. My issue and I suspect the same issue as many others is with the competency of referees assistants in particular this season.

A good season isn't just about how many points you score it's about being the sort of team that the media like. Harry Redknapp knows that.
