Well Santos is back now. He's a much more defensive player...
Gibbs is a star.
The OP has no idea what he's talking about.
Jheez you can never plese some people, i 2nd TheSkins comment!
Its no coincedence that we are more effective with the return to fitness of both our full backs!
is there ever a time when one of our players is not being slated by our fans!!!
???
Santos more defensive ?
Gibbs is the best LB we have, I'd rather him than anyone else, he is cultured and classy and doesn't give the ball away much. He is now finding his form.
He scored a goal in the last game didn't he?

Complaining is the British way. How dare you try to infringe on our shared cultural heritage!
"Santos more defensive ?"
HotHead are you taking my comments seriously again? Schollboy error.
Gibbs is immense, he's gonna be England left back for a long time. He's not bad positionally, anyone who says that is clueless.

Its hard to tell with some of the things I see here. some of you are clearly too good at being sarcastic/ironic
Damn you all.
Damn, now everyone is agreeing with a deleted comment :\
what did you say, I missed it
He said a naughty word that I dare not repeat.
it was "oh, go forth and copulate" but in more 'industrial' language
'Its no coincidence most of the important goals we have conceded recently have been from the left hand side.'
It certainly is no coincidence, but you do not seem to have taken into account that on the right hand side lives Mr Sagna, one of the best RB in the game. Which side would you choose?
------------------------------
'Going forward he is quite good but he gets caught out of position too many times, in fact we are lucky not to have conceded more.'
Actually he's very good going forward, and also very good defensively. You're blaming a player you expect to be in a particular position rather than some other player for not covering for him. Gibbs can't be in two places at once and is still learning the game. If he was 29 you'd have a right to complain maybe, but as he's 12 I think your criticism here is unwarranted.
------------------------------
'If he wasn't English the fans would be on his back.'
Are you not getting on his back? Or are you not a fan? In the context of the article, this sentence makes no sense at all.
I think Skins had it right.

I'm going to assume that was a typo.
Either that or he's doing very, very well for a 12-year-old.
