rooney is a bozo today, he keeps dropping deep trying to spread passes when its scholes job. You should be trying to score.
Busby, I agree with you to an extent. I do think there are some saves though that keepers make look far more spectacular than they actually are. Hart is equally as guilty for it for us. I just thought that one at the end, look how far past the ball he ends up diving.
Think you will win this one though, Blackburn won't keep up this defending for 90 minutes. I don't think Jones is having a particularly good game for you guys. Scholes (although difficult to say for a City fan) is just sublime to watch any time he is on the football pitch.
2-0 United full time score I reckon.
Diablo, what makes you think Pogba will provide chances when we have two of the best passers in the PL on the pitch in Rooney and Scholes?
Blackburn have it right, they have had men behind the ball and made it difficult, this game is going as expected.
Hernandez is not a lone striker but he has actually been decent enough bar the two chances he wasted.
Our CM is too crowded and we effectively have three people dealing with Yakubu. I know he has a good record against us but he is no Messi.

91% - Manchester United's pass completion so far tonight is the best by any team playing away from home in the PL this season. Patient.
wow
========
Lack of meaningful goal threat is also another key important point to note.
Means nothing if the home keeper is barely breaking sweat.
why do people think rooney is a good passer?
he has that out ball to the right and then what?
Hadfijur...what exactly would you say is Rooneys game all about? What are his key attributes? And when is he at his best?
You are talking rubbish again.
BusbyBabes, well so far neither of the said "best passers" have done anything creative. And it is a moot point if you consider Rooney one of the league's best passers. Pogba should be introduced in place of the ineffective Jones.

Name 5 players in the PL who pick those passes out on a regular basis. If that diagnal ball is so easy, why aren't you a professional footballer?
bb - you talk a lot of sense normally
but with rooney you seem to see red at any criticism
guy has been rubbish
Carrick...i agree with you. The deification of Rooney´s passing ability amuses me. He is a "good" passer - for a forward but he is not anywhere as great a passer as people opine.
I love Rooney and all, but he is not a great passer. Infact, his hollywood, predictable cross-field balls (often to Valencia) often make people hysterical thinking he is Xavi
Everytime it's a goalkick robinson wastes half a minute, done the same in the reverse fixture. what. a. knobhead
rooney should be getting in the box.
Robinson wasn't in the reverse fixture it was their 2nd goalie, he was being a right took about 2 mins to goal kick
When it comes to early, long range passes, Rooney does it better than most.
How can somebody suggesting putting a 19 year old with no experience on, in a game of this importance, call anybodies point mute?
That out ball is about valencia always being there and is actually easier than it looks
Playing a ball into space is easier than playing to feet
Torn back tedons, hyper mobility and dodgy knees is why I didnt make professional
2-1!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sixty minuuutttte 2-1!!!!!!!!!!!! Sixtyyyy minuuuuuuuuuutee!!
oh that's right, just remembered so much time wasted which is an obvious tactic and should be a booking.
I don't think its been his best game by any stretch, but he is still the one who has made our best chance.

I love that guy, you seen the new one in the train station? Guys a nutter.
red - I think he is a vital player at UTD, but all reason goes out of th ewindow when it comes to rooney
Look at the last attack, subtle play was needed and who lost the ball?
Arab he cracks me up. Havent seen the new one. I love the sixty minuuute one though
