Song or M'Villa?

To be fair to Dubbed, Kolo was a clumsy defender years back. He's more intelligent now due to age.

Dubbed is a number one Song hater. Hands down. Keeping saying he only does is fancy chipping passes means you don't recognise the vision from those passes.Yeah,Song never done any of those passes under pressure. Look at the pass vs B. Dortmund.

Good God. It's like I'm talking to rocks.

Yes. Nice passes.

But what does he offer the team defensively. The guy has 0 discipline, or intelligence.

You can still be racist if you're black Dubbed. If you have the same prejudices then you're still racist.

Not implying anything, just pointing out that fact.

Dubbed,

Please, tell me games that Song was awful and caused us to lose the game, bar the Blackburn (4-3). Even that the whole team was dreadful.

Song couldn't play the easy pass if fabregas was controlling his leg. Song is the best dm in the league. That is how rubbish dm's are now.

0 discipline? The guy has one red the whole season. Yeah, he does get yellow cards but who doesn't?
Hit the rock.

Pressure? A little I guess a couple of players running a few yards behind him fair enough. Pass? Definitely looks more like a cross to me and please don't say their the same because they're not.

Godleebarnes, wouldn't a cross count as a pass, either way he is passing the ball to someone

posted on 6/4/12

Pass, cross or Assist, whatever it was the end product was meant. Some people can walk to the moon to find something to hate about somebody.
When you've already made you mind not to like someone whatever little good or bad thing he will do, it won't change your opinion or outlook of him.

Very true. Funny this isn't the first time someone accused me of that.
A low blow, if you ask me.

"0 discipline? The guy has one red the whole season. Yeah, he does get yellow cards but who doesn't?

I meant discipline to sit back, and hold his position. He can't do that. Has to go gung-ho all the time, like he's the second coming of Ronaldinho.

"Godleebarnes, wouldn't a cross count as a pass, either way he is passing the ball to someone"

Song has no variation to his passes. His giving those long crosses throughout the season. Once or twice has given a genuine throughball. But even then it looked labored.

song is a good player but dubbed is right...he has no discipline.

he also has no urgency in his game and too often gets caught out ball watching! he's admitted he never used to train properly and that shows in his approach to the game.

he's a good player who could be so much better if only he tried!

I still want to hear what your problem with Song. Tell us his worst performances with Arsenal, pick some games.

"Koscielny conceded more goals than any other player on our team. He singled handed the Carling Cup to Birmingham. Imagined if people like Denilson, Eboue, Djourou did that horrow. To me Koscielny is white Kolo Toure in his early Arsenal career, lots of running up and down the field, winning few tackles here and there."

This is one of the most disabled comments I've ever seen on 606. Honestly.

Fair enough I don't really rate Song but if he started putting in colossal performances every week I wouldn't have a choice but to change my opinion of him. I try to watch football as objectively as possible so your assumption that I don't rate Song because of some other reason than hes performances your way off.

Valencia is just one example of a great crosser but not a great passer just so you know the point I was trying to make about crossing and passing being different.

Dubbed, you don't know who you're dealing with. That Tanzanian guy is one of the most idiotic people I've ever come across on 606.

Let it go. You have no chance against him.

"I still want to hear what your problem with Song. Tell us his worst performances with Arsenal, pick some games."

I won't pick one game out in particular, as there's just way too many.

You don't get it.

Song has given us some vital assists, and he isn't a bad player, technically (he isn't great either).

But his problem is more to do with him being a total liability in most games.

Do you know how easy it is to skip past him? Can't forget him randomly body checking opposition player right outside our box, putting our team under unnecessary pressure.

The guy has no football IQ. And just cause he plays for Arsenal, I won't blindly accept it.

Lucas is the best defensive midfielder in the league.

song isn't a dm......not in the traditional sense anyhow.

as for lucas

Why is that funny?

Kamran on my balls once again..... nobody has a right to slate your mancrash Koscielny huh?
We all know you are in love with Kos but he's not all that accomplished defender. He has had one good season so far.

I gave up. His argument with this Dubbed guy is pointless.

I still think Wenger is behind Songs gung-ho attitude. He played deeper a couple years back with less problems, at a time when he was much less experienced.

"I gave up. His argument with this Dubbed guy is pointless. "

Yeah. Guess I'm a racist after that, eh?

Why don't you actually try to offer a rebuttal? Are you even capable of that?

At least I explain my point.

Even when Song was playing alongside Cesc and Wilshere he was still getting caught out of position countless times. The guy just doesn't have any tactical discipline and lacks awareness.
