Maksi, I too look forward to the Ashes, it might be closer than you think. I am also impressed by your ability to gloat at Australia after they have won 5 of their last 5 tests and England have lost 4 of their last tests, including a 3-0 defeat against a team that Australia haven't lost a test series against in 15+ years.
haha you can look at it any way you wish. I know we will crush Australia, and this so called victory of theirs against a team everybody is beating just enhances my belief.
I heard it all before, prior to our trip down under, and it's boring.
People forget that England struggle enormously on the Sub C and yet lost 3 of those tests by 70 runs, and infact during 2 of those tests, the second one in the UAE and the first one in Sri Lanka, many thought we had turned the tide and would win. The last test we of course did win handsomely, so it wasn't all doom and gloom.
We still bowled superbly throughout these defeats, and do you know what makes me laugh smost? Well, unless Australia have moved, then none of this has anything to do with what will happen during an ashed series.
I predict a bit of a hiding for these weak Australian bowlers, just like last time - 1:3
