Put it this way.
We need to beat Sunderland away on the final day.
At the end of the day we've had a brilliant run and it was unlikely that we'd win every game until the end of the season.
Let's hope that's our only blip.

if anybody actually needed telling this, then football really isn't your game.
the whole point about having a lead is that you can get away with games like this.
I still think City will drop points away at Norwich and think we will go into the derby 7 points clear meaning a draw would win it.

You sure about that?.... We might have to win10-0, we might have to win 1-0, we might need just a draw or we might be able to play a bunch of kids and lose 10-0

I looked at that fixture a while ago and thought to myself that's a game where they could drop points in. After tonight's result though, I think they'll be more up for that game than they really should've been. I think they'll edge it now.
how many panzy united fans are afraid of playing city at Home...what a pack of losers u lot are ..

We've had some luck recently, today we had some terrible luck. This combined with the whole team forgetting what it is they get paid to do resulted in lost points. Who actually thought we'd win every single game until the end of the season?

Agreed, they will be bouyed now... I think they will get the points now to go into the derby with a chance

Exactly. As frustrating and dispiriting as tonight was, there was always the sense that we could afford to lose.
Just hope we get back on track ASAP.

At the moment we need to win all our home games and then get a draw at City.
Sunderland does not come into the equasion yet.
Both teams were always going to drop points. Bottom line is will we drop 5 more points than City - very unlikely. Still confident of the title and considering that we were 5 points behind only weeks ago, to go to that game with any type of points advantage is still truely remarkable.
I am more optimistic about the Newcastle match. They are looking great and could well be fighting for a top 4/5 spot.
I think a lot of negativity is due to the sudden optimism after the weekend's results. 5 points last weekend seems huge, now it seems tiny.
That performance tonight makes things a little uncomfortable, five point leads can disappear quickly. I can see us dropping points over the next five games and I'm almost certain we'll lose against City.

We have to make sure we aren't going to Sunderland needing a win.
Only idiots thought it was over.

And by winning all our home games and getting a point at City, we will not need anything at Sunderland.
This isn't hard to understand, is it?
We're gonna lose at City.

What a defeatist little prat you are.
Just realistic.
SAF will play Giggs, and Silva will cut through him like a knife through butter.
Hernandez will get two kicks all game.
And Valencia will disappear against a fast LB like he always does.

No, you are not being realistic. You are acting like a spoiled brat.
It is because of plastic fans like you, that I sometimes wish we would end up winning nothing. It would get rid of a few of you.
and considering that we were 5 points behind only weeks ago

Last time United were 5 points behind City was 3rd March, and then you had a game in hand (which you duly won on the 4th March).
Last time United were 5 points behind City when both clubs had played the same amount of games was the 14th December.
I'm sorry but what part of "do you think this would be enough to trigger a long-awaited, retirement-inducing heart attack/stroke/nervous breakdown in Fergie?" is funny?
Actually I'm wrong about that. It wasn't the 14th December. It was the 4th December.
