I recommend Danilo from Porto for CM.
He starts as a 77, goes up to an 83 I think, has 95 sprint speed and above 90 acceleration.
Most of his attributes feel better than they actually are as his shooting, tackling, passing, crossing all seem pretty good for me.
I moved 3 times in 1 career and signed for all 3 clubs because I love him so much.
