I want indoor like fifa 97 (I think). Used to love playing the indoor matches

I think they need to get rid of the annoying things like having a player chase a ball, chest it on the line, then concede possession. Or players being prima donnas and refusing to move even one step to the side to collect a cross-field ball that gave them plenty of time to react to.

I think an aesthetic upgrade is perhaps the best thing they can do. Introduce pitches that are beat up in lower teams, have different sized pitches based on the stadiums?

Include more authentic stadiums, licenced Referees really are a must these days, can't imagine EA can get the player likenesses licence but Phil Dowd is a tougher cookie to crack

Improve the way the crowd look and the atmosphere in general, i.e crowd get excited when you are through on goal, and actually go mental when you score. And at least use proper 3d crowd models.

perhaps include an optional (like what they did with Hand Balls) choice to have referees make mistakes. This would be interesting in career mode as you could appeal a decision, or get touchline bans for having a go at the ref and you have to sim the next match.

And finally have players look like they've been involved in a game! shirts and shorts should get muddy, Hair shouldn't remain perfectly in place, and they should be visibly sweating. Something that really bugs me is the players walk off the pitch at the end looking like they are on there way to a nike photo shoot.

I think gameplay wise (apart from a few tweaks to the physics system) it could all stay the same.

This game annoys the hell out of me.

I had a match yesterday. In which I was Real Madrid facing a run of the mill Man U side.

I completely dominated this guy. It was defence against attack. Post, bar, there wasn't anything I didn't hit (apart from the goal of course).

This guy literally was the real life Man U we hate, and loathe. He was playing some shocking long balls. AIming at Rooney throughout the whole game.

Eventually in 80 min, after being camped in his half. I got my breakthough. Goal.

I had to counter, his counter.

84th min the guy hoofed in a long ball. Header. I was fuming.

89th min I had a one on one. Fluffed it. He got the ball and hoofed it up. My defender had it, but chested it on to him. A Rooney scoff went in.

I vowed to never play the game.

Was playing one hour later.

I gave up on online play. I was 4-0 up, the guy decided to rage quit yet he somehow got the win. I needed those to stay in div 3, so i obviously got relegated.

I'd like to see them improve the crowds. It doesn't motivate me when I score in the last minute of a derby game only for the crowd to be like "Yeaaaaaah......"

I want them to go mental, I want the fans singing throughout the game, getting excited at chances and angry at fouls

They should scrap the contain button, when you're defending it's perfect except when they use the contain button. Nearly as bad as the missile, I mean press button from previous series

I agree with the jamminess some have alluded to...I think their contact system needs upgrading as well. You don't know how many times on UT I was playing and I usher the ball out for touch only for the referee to call a penalty for a non-existent foul.

Also there are times when I am trying to tackle an attacker and my players tackle themselves and allow the striker a free-run at goal

Don't be absolute c unts EA. This game has caused me so much stress. For a start, fix the referees. HOW IN GOD'S NAME ARE THEY SO BAD AFTER BEING FINE FOR YEARS? Secondly, stop bronze-benching on UT, it's just stupid. And fix match-making. I get drawn against insane teams when I'm a 4* team. How is that fair? And stop people quitting whenever they see your team. Also the servers are absolutely idiotic, they are near broken at times. Fix it so I don't get DNF when I have to quit because the match won't load. And make it so that when I position a defender on the line he actually reacts when the ball is an inch away from his boot. And fix momentum. There are probably things I've missed out, but I'll post them if I remember.

I hate this game.

Oh yeah, make trophy presentations like in PES. PES 4. PES 4 (that's seven years ago) had more realistic player presentation than FIFA 12. Shameful by EA.

And by momentum in my last comment I mean those bullchit matches where you get totally f'cked up by the game.

Make Barca and Madrid the only five start teams. When playing online, with a good side, you always end up playing one of those two. It is unfair, and boring.

Real madrid and barcelona should be 6 star teams just so they cant play anybody else.

the refs in this game are a joke you can get completely hacked from behind and the ref plays on. 5 mins later i do a tackle from behind and get red carded.

about 15 games ive played online where the opposition has had a man sent off so its 11 for me vs his 10 and his team plays like they're on cocaine, winning every header, getting to every ball, every shot on target or in, every finesse shot going in, what the Fk is this about?

every 10v11 game i play i get dominated by 10 men without fail.

I've won division one 3 times so im a fairly good player!

penalties being given for absolutely nothing then at the other end of the pitch you're surrounded by 3 players in the box getting pushed and shoved and hacked and you get absolutely nothing!

the refs are more inconsistent than Phil Dowd in this game and thats saying something.

Pro Clubs is also shocking, if you dont use ANY its basically who ever computer team plays better wins the game or some little unt just does endless finesse shots like a brainless chimp.

the new contact system is crap free kicks and penalties are given for nothing consistently ! rraaa this game makes me rage hard

I was joking lol. I losed 1 game 1-0 once i had about 30 shots and they had 1 and scored lol and that was in div 1.

Very true.

They have this system in the game called 'Confidence' system.

Once they score a goal against you, some of their players get automatically on form.

Similar to real life, a bit. But it's very exaggerated.

Sort out their god-awful servers!!!

Then again, it's an EA problem rather than a Fifa 12 issues

I also wish the game play was alot faster.
