Then you appeal them and they're not owed.

In this case it's a Celtic fan not grasping something pretty basic about the world.

Or just being too stubborn or bored to accept it.

So you just appeal and they disappear?
Aye awrite.

Bit whit if yi loss the appeal?

If we lose the appeal, THEN we owe the money.

Unless we appeal again.

We're so appealing.

"Can anyone answer th OP?"

Why did they issue us a bill? Because they think we owe money. We say we don't. A tribunal will decide.

Subject to appeal.

BH, the bill has been decided. It's just the penalties they've to settle on now.

Always happy to cheer you up.Q.

My electricity company gave me a bill that was higher than it should be, I have questioned that bill. Does that make me guilty of something?

Guilt and innocence are concepts dealt with in the criminal courts. The examples of murder and fraud given above are criminal offences. Your guilt or innocence are determined in these matters.

A tax tribunal is dealt with in the civil courts. Civil courts do not deal with guilt or innocence.

Despite these being simple concepts why is it 99% of the Tic fans on ja606 cannot grasp these simple concepts?

If rfc lose the appeal they will be guilty of tax evasion because they will be deemed to have deposited salaries and not simply bonuses etc into EBTs. Certain types of payments such as certain bonuses can be paid into EBTs as tax avoidance and this is legal, but salaries cannot as this would be tax evasion. If rfc lose the case it is because the law Lords have ruled that salaries were paid in, not loans or anything else.

SPL and SFA will then have to decide how they punish rfc. Tax evasion means that HMRC will push for liquidation as this is their written policy as outlined by the insolvencey solicitor on RS the other night.

BAWS IN THE SLATES GUYS.
