I dunno, I can see Barton getting sent off today after a good ol fashioned mugging by Modric & VDV
Chet
Barton will do his old club a favour and get a hattrick
I just think maybe a kick up Lukas back side is what we need most. Especially since this is a game where we wont need defence splitting passes as it (should) be all about the battle of the wingers/fullbacks and I think VDV is better at spraying it wide than Modric is tbh.
Ben Arfa is putting Modric to shame, agreed on that
TOGO !
Looking at the teams we should WALK games like this but we never do, getting tired of saying this is a must win game
Chet the party...was OK, no one turned up, was just me wearing a name badge
RRP - people can't this have this both ways
If it's true that HR has failed to properly rotate the squad leading to fatigue they it might not be a bad idea replacing a couple with fresh legs. I'm thinking Modric here.
Just cant agree RC, strange situation to drop arguably our best play in another Cup Final today, he has been no worse than anyone else of late
RRP & Mrs RRP at the party

RC - the problem is Harry's approach has been that he won't rotate so he doesn't plan accordingly. Ignoring Kranjcar as he did last season, and letting Pienaar and Corluka go without replacements left us with no options.
See what you're saying Edin, but i think he's more suited to this game than Blackburn
RRP the Modric Loyalist
I was with you on this until the semi-final, and I still think he's our best player - and is being underrated by Spurs fans in a huff - but he looks tired and/or not so bothered right now. A good reason to 'rest' him..
sorry Bales. Modric and Ben Arfa are nout alike though.
RC
I thought Modric looked quite bright last Sunday but had no options to get the ball out too. With only 5 games to go the time to rest players has past
They're different types of player Andy, I was steaming at your comment about Barton!
I know. I was commenting to RRP
Evenin' RRP ....Just clicked on your 'live' thead, and it seems to be something completely different
Andy i thought it was too me
Blackburn !!
Evening Patt First time using the Live Thread option?! You have been missing out on a treat!
Modric score hat trick today( all headers)
The nurses are after me
I must admit, part of me wants to agree here because Modric has suffered some very unjust criticism recently, but I think it's simply a fact he's low on energy, like some others. Would it really make such a big difference? I assume you are thinking he's going to influence the game today. I cannot think of one such occsassion in the last 6 or 7 weeks...
If I was commentating over Hoiletts goal I would have screamed 'striker'
It's the kind of game that shouldn't require much tactical planning from Harry. QPR need to win so it will be quite an open game, which is where we do best. I would expect Lennon and Bale to start and for them to have good games.

RC - There is a difference between being low on energy physically and mentally, Modric and the rest of them are athletes, they cant be tired unless its in the mind, they need to be reminded whats at stake here, that should liven them up
No....I use it every week, but this time it's going to a thread by 'Fabtastic - Eboue's Dad'
