And of course it's not unlikely that one of Hazard/Mata/Oscar won't be playing for Chelsea in 4 years time

CSTP - As I've said on that i think it depends how well we do as a club each season. If we are consistently challenging for the CL and all domestic titles (more so Prem & F.A) then we have every chance of keeping them, which would be brilliant.
Well Piazon and De Bruye both occupy the same sort of role (they can play along the 3 or as a false no. 9).
McEachran I hope will get game time, he is perfect for the 2. And I may be mistaken, but I'm fairly sure it is a matter of very high importance to the club that he succeeds with us.
Blue - De Bruyne will be used as a CM imo. That will become his best role. Obviously the ability to play in those other positions also makes him more valuable and with more chance of playing time.
Steve-if De Bruyne and Mceachran play in the 2, and we add a Midfielder in Jan which is not inconceivable, then all of a sudden, it becomes very congested for those 2 positions.
Blue - Which is why i think for the mean time that unless we lose say Essien & Lampard, that De Bruyne & Piazon have better chances.
If we do use Josh and DB at CM then we need to lose 2 CM's first rather than try to keep everyone happy.
Steve
If Lampard goes, the we have Mikel, Ramires (hopefully if RDM heeds what he has learned from the Stoke game) and Romeu, as well as Essien if he comes back.
Blue - You have to wonder if Essien's loan to move to Madrid is a better way of putting him in the shop window to show that he can still play at the top, just not as good as he was lol.
If Essien and Lampard go.
Then I will be shocked if McEachran doesn't get a chance next season, especially if he continues to play like he has been for 'boro.
Did you know? Ben Arfa has made more successful dribbles [20] than any other player so far this season.

Striker Alexander Kerzhakov, 29, and midfielder Igor Denisov, 28, boycotted training with Zenit St Petersburg in protest against the salaries being given to expensive new signings Brazilan Hulk, 26, and Belgian midfielder Axel Witsel, 23, last week and have been relegated to the reserves.
Do you reckon they did it for a noble cause, or because they're jealous?
Blue - Could be a bit of both. I suppose if the rest of the squad are on peanuts compared to Hulk and Witsel then it could be that they are the two who are doing what the rest of the squad are thinking.
I think Denisov has been with Zenit for his whole career as well. So it could be that they have done it out of "unfairness" than anything else. Possibly
Anyways, bed time for me
Bye Steve, and whoever else is about.
PSG are said to be interested in Newcastle United forward Demba Ba and ready to make a move for the prolific forward when the January transfer window.
Alan Pardew has revealed that Senegal international Demba Ba’s £7m release clause is still very much active and PSG boss Carlo Ancelotti is looking to strengthen his attacking options as his Parc des Princes is currently over-relying on new signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
If McEachran doesn't make it next season then he will find it really hard to make it. Next season with the likely departures of Essien and Lampard is McEachran's best chance of making it. If he is still not ready we will buy replacements for Lampard and Essien which will make it really tough for him to get a look in

- if AVB didn't leave Sturridge could have easily got 20 goals last season, I think he still be starting for us. But then his bad form and criticism seems to have made him less selfish and more hard working this season so far.. Based on his cameos for club and country.
- Kalas is actually playing at RB now, and still doing very well. He's very quick so I guess he can still overlap.
- Kakuta hasn't been making Vitesse match squads as he's recovering from injury.
