I think 1-2 by the end of the window is fine, so long as one of them is a CM. We have the international break after this weekend so AVB will only have tranfers to think about.

They really should be, we are desperately short of quality in the middle of the park. If we get a CM I'm not all that fussed about anything else. Davilo and De Bryne look like great talents and I'd take both, I'd say no to pereira but if he comes in then fair enough, but we really need a CM to control the play and keep everything moving between defence and attack.

I agree on Malouda gazza. I;ve always said it, even when playing very poorly he scores and assists at very important times.

Why has Anelka not been shipped off to the states

I get that gazza, but the difference is that those 2 at the time were world class players, not average, good, or even very good, they were world class. Pereira is.... OK

Come to think of it..I would be OK with Malouda staying just as an option off the bench. I remember seeing a post about the jive rumour and surprisingly not going wild with joy for that reason

However, like Kalou, starting him is just a big no-go. He should not be in the first XI until he puts in a good team performance.

Genk team has been ripped apart. 2 of their best players went to the middle east for money rather than CL football. Maybe De Bruyne isn't going to want to stay there on loan and could go elsewhere.
