why? Not that I even take whey protein.
Allergic or lactose intolerant, cause the enzymes might sort that out.
Cause you can only absorb whey protein in water at a rate of 10g/hr and it will only pass through the relevant part of you for 90 minutes.
But WHY take them? Improving the efficiency does what exactly?

What differs with the other sheit? Carbs in it cause digestion to slow down or?

Clots in the stomach. Fibre slows digestive transit also. It's also to do with the viscosity of the liquid.
You should dose up with enzymes and see whether you're still intolerant cause i'm sure i've read some really cool stuff about that.

Basically, you eat a meal which has 50g carbs, 10 g fats, 30 g protein. Your body only absorbs 40g carbs, 8g fats, 30g protein, because it cant breakdown the food in time.
Whereas, with enzymes..... IT CAN
Pros; health benefits, reduced strain on internal organs, gains.
Cons; dependency.
You should dose up with enzymes and see whether you're still intolerant cause i'm sure i've read some really cool stuff about that.

Lot of evidence to ensure the high casein levels can really affect your diet.
That being said, everything I have read on it seems to suggest that if you balance it out with other foodstuffs, whey, carbs, fats etc it negates a lot of the affect.
I've been knocking back a minimum of a litre of milk a day for years. It doesn't seem to be crippling me too badly
