Morata was poor but a bit ul with the one off the bar 1st half. He have very poor ball control for a striker, so much like Torres.

Promising start but he's seriously gone off the boil. As much as united fans complain about him, Lukaku was the much safer bet for the prem. He knows it inside out, has a good goalscoring record and doesn't wilt under pressure when he's the main man. Morata just looks disinterested these days and can barely affect the game. One thing he had over Lukaku was build up play but even that's disappeared. None of our summer signings have really hit the mark this year.

Morata scored a legit goal with a good finish.

Not his fault that we were screwed once again.

Lukaku wilts, he had just recently overcome his own goalscoring drought.

Those two losses to Bournemouth and Watford sealed our fate for the season.

But the point is that he's overcome it. Haven't seen the same from Morata yet. If that early shot off the post had gone we might be speaking differently but football's a game of fine margins

Morata is in his first PL season as first choice, carrying injury. I'll still allow more time.

We've been pretty unlucky lately but not like we've had tons of chances to score either.

That's why I said his signing was a risk. It's true he needs time but his poor performances are probably going to contribute to Conte getting sacked and us missing out on top four. He's obviously not the only reason but us not having a centre forward in good form is not helping at all.
