There are so many different contributing factors to our level of performance this season. Conte of course takes some blame, but ultimately we have an excellent manager and having someone else would not change anything. Looking at that Barca team we played for example I find myself asking which Chelsea players would get on their team.

We have some rank average players atm and that is down to our failure in the transfer market and with our younger players not being managed well

I find it hard to defend conte. That 11 we put our today are all good players bar maybe Moses. I think we are lacking leaders though.

Problem I have with that is that it was obvious Willian was running on empty at 60 mins. I would keep a tiredHazard on over a tired Willian and I am a Willian fan.

Conte usually subs off Willian for Pedro but...
Willian is in a better scoring form than Hazard though.
That's probably what swayed the decision to take off Hazard, instead of Willian.

Midfield: Busquets.
Attack: Messi, Dembele, Surrey.

Alba, Roberto and Vidal not for me.
