Have you ever tried it or are you too young.
Its really nice & tasty. Good for on the go or have at workplace if you dont have enough for breakfast or anything for breakfast or you can have it before bed with milk.
Back from gym.
Really intense arms workout today. (4 tris workout & 3 bis workout)
I train Sun to Thursday.
Had a nice lunch. (lots of high protein, quality carbs, low essential fat)
May goal is to be 84kgs & at the moment im 81kgs.
I've never heard of it although TBF I do like my oats. Quakers though. I don't need high intensity fitness programmes..yet

I do like Porridge too. I sometimes mix the normal Promax with porridge tho ideally its best to keep things separate.
