I think TCP was right about players not liking AVB. Why would AVB say what he said so explicitly if it weren't the case?

I only use twitter to follow people, I don't have anything interesting to say

I use Facebook as an alternative to a phone so I like it. A good means of communication eg how today I just managed to get a friend to go with me on Saturday to the match at late notice or how earlier in the week it was an easy way to arrange to go watch woman in black

I hardly ever text people (only do so if I'm going somewhere to meet, rather than sitting on a train/bus and spending the whole time hooked and texting away)

Facebook is also useful if I need to ask a quick school-related question to anyone who's online at the time

Facebook annoys me now, most people on it create a fake image of themselves, act completely different to how they do in person

Our players are rotten. They act as if playing for AVB is the worst thing. The players at Porto loved him. Our old farts just want to be in a position of power/blame somebody for their lack of ability. Age and bitterness has caught them

Makes you think that with what AVB said about only the owner needing to back him, could be a sign (could also not be) that he has been told by Roman that his job is safe no matter what the outcome. As i said before next seasons 'Project' and AVB's 'Project' has been mentioned a lot. If Roman has faith in that then i don't think it'll have any outcome on AVB if we finish outside of the top 4.

R2M - . Obviously it's not all the players. Atleast next season and onwards we'll have a youthfull side. Plus it'll be on a good foundation. Luiz,Mata,Ramires,Sturridge,Romeu,Cahill. Atleast the club are starting to get a squad that can last aslong as the previous one.

Affane's delivery from set-ieces was superb. Better than anyone in the first team at them, he should genuinely give them lessons

Baker does not impress me as a midfielder, he does do little tricks and flicks and can go on the odd dribble or shot but he doesn't control the midfield like Swift and Chalobah can and have done. His final position will probably be more advanced, like a winger or just behind the striker.
