That's the only positive I'm taking from this so far.
Possibly no more competitive football for the remainder of the season until the new season starts in August with Euro 2020 likely to be postponed as well until summer 2021.
Worst case no more footie until preseason starts again in July

There won't be a new season until this season is concluded Superb. The amount of litigation would be insane.

We await to see how it all works. Looks like a monster clusterfck in the making.
Almost no chance that Euro 20 is happening this summer though. Gutted as I really fancied England's chances, especially with the semi and final being played at Wembley.
Hope they don't change anything if/when they reschedule the tourno for summer 21 instead.

There is no reason or evidence as yet to suggest this will repeat. Too early to be sure of course, but usually the body will develop it's own anti bodies plus it is highly likely vaccines will be available in about 6 to 9 months time.
The Premier League doesn't need to stand down to coronavirus. The virus won't be able to handle the pace, intensity and competitiveness of our league, not to mention the atmospheres of places like Anfield. It's never seen anything like it before.
Depends how much summer actually has an effect, hopefully we can keep new numbers under 50-75 today

Very interesting, feel a bit more informed now. Guy did put me off slightly by sounding and looking like Corbyn though lol
The only thing is every scientist seems to say something different, one says this is minor the next say this is a pandemic and millions will die, etc etc it's like one guy will tell you chocolate is good for you the next guy will say it's bad for you.
I'm surprised so many countries are expecting 75% of their populations and 20-30 million people to get this though considering china only had 100k out of 1.5 billion people, and bare in mind countries are averaging 3000-4000 cases a week even on the big ones, how do they think they're going to jump that much so quick before the virus gets washed away

I work with a lot of chinese and my colleague has just spoke to her family in china and they reckon its all contained and near enough cleared now...crazy how efficient they are even if the manner in which they do things is suspect
