As I said yesterday or the day before we cannot go into this game thinking that we should win it. Arsenal beat us in the FA Cup Final three years ago when we were expected to win it and there's every chance they'll be well up for this and hungrier than our players if we're not careful.

It's very much a 50/50 game for me.

Exactly. I'm just putting it out there because I get the impression that some of our fans think this is in the bag. It isn't at all. Arsenal are coming to Wembley to win this as well and they'll very much fancy their chances having beaten City and knowing how inconsistent and defensively porous we've been this season.

I dont blame us for Salahm he was crap at Chelsea and improved remarkably in two years after he left 8n a way that was hard to predict.

DeBruyne on the other hand was idiocy. Total lunacy. His talent was obvious and apparent but one man could not see it

I think this is the general consensus. We had an unbalanced squad in 2013.

Only thing I will say though; we loaned Salah to Fiorentina and he did very well there. We also bought Cuadrado from Fiorentina around the same time. That purchase was definitely a mistake.

Got lucky that the Cuadrado purchase didn’t cost us the league in 2015. And that we were able to get Pedro soon afterwards to make up for the mistake.
