Thing is a new manager might play Havertz in a more advanced position. A formation away from 4-3-3 doesn’t suit Mount as well, unless he’s able to become a deeper CM like we’ve talked about earlier. He’d probably stick around as a squad player regardless though.

Tammy I could definitely see leaving for another PL side. He’d still be a good sub striker but eventually he might get fed up of that. Maybe depends on if Werner can recover, or if Haaland actually does arrive.

thanks Ralph... when Frank gets the sack and we bring you in as the new manager you can sort it out

There's no reason for Tammy to leave unless he starts wrongly convincing himself that he's good enough to be our starting striker every week.

Is that a come and get me plea

Hasenhuttl would probably be a really good appointment if Lampard goes at some point. Already managed Werner and he'll be able to tell Havertz how fugly he is in German.

What he says has nothing to do with Werner missing chance after chance. No one in their right mind would want to build a team around Werner whilst he is in this terrible firm.

I’d keep Lampard until the end of the season even if we lose our next 2 games. His replacement will most likely be some shet manager taking over for 4 months. Let him have the season. Continue to develop the younger lot. Start fresh the following season with a new manager.

Nah it's all Lampard's fault. He's clearly instructing Werner to make sure that he never ever hits the target when he shoots.

Why don't we deserve a new manager boost? We gonna pretend it doesn't really exist?

Me too. Sacking Frank before the season ends would only mean Avram Grant coming in as interim. Let him stay in the Indian League or wherever he is.

Yeah worked so great with Hiddink 2.

If our main approach as a club is to constantly sack the manager so that we can get a short term "boost" from every new manager we bring then we're well and truly done as an elite club that challenges for the big two trophies.

We have a great group of players. I'd like to see what a good manager would do with them. Ya know, before the soul and joy is sucked out of them.

We wouldn't be getting Hasenhuttl now. Maybe in the summer but no earlier than that. Southampton aren't there to just charitably give us their manager at the drop of a hat.
