I'd have given up by now, no question about it.

It's not the fact they're sh!t, you can process that as a football fan if you know it's your place, it's the illusion of being good that's the killer.

Devil they have Levy banging on about being financially responsible so he can cut corners in the market, meanwhile Leicester and Villa are out making moves every summer and spending a decent wedge.

Spurs probably bring more money in than those two clubs combined, so the only real reason their recruitment can be worse than theirs is incompetence. Yet there’s basically no way for them to get rid of the folks in charge so it just goes on and on and on.

Now they have this circus to contend with which is a new level of ridiculous. It’s like they’re trying to out banter Arsenal’s retention of Sharteta.
