Half got poorer and poorer as we went on. It started 50/50 but I was hoping we’d get more chances like with the goal where our quality could come out. Finish the half just glad they didn’t score.

One positive is that that is the type of striker chance we miss without Lukaku and shows how important we probably did need a striker like him. Great pass from Kova but still not a given by any means..the type of chance and angle Werner tends to miss from (with us)

Play a relatively fresh cb behind him and an attacker at RWB

Basically no pressing players up top either

Yeah I think Chalobah and CHO are good squad players to have, but not a fan of starting both together against a decent side that isn’t afraid. Either/or

CM for Saul at HT. If we’re still struggling then Azpi for CHO.

If we don’t see any immediate subs I’ll be concerned. Think the issue is personnel rather than systematic.

Ok I don't believe I am going to say this......but honestly looking at our bench, quite possibly our best bet could be Barkley (that's if TT wants to rest players more) as basically he is more defensive than mount, and a bit more mobile than Jorge

Would then stick on Timo for Ziyech as an out

Our system works when everyone knows what they are doing, Saul does not by the looks of it

That was all just a rumour

CHO has been fine in their half

I’d even be tempted to bring on both Mount and Jorgi and leave Havertz up top with Lukaku.

Jorginho for Saul

Azpi for Chalobah or Cho

I don’t think the line up shows lack of respect. It shows that our players are tired after the international break, and that Tuchel trusts every player in the squad. Having said that, I’d swap Jorginho for Saul, and Mount for Ziyech. That would give us some more running to compete in midfield

You need to go to the main board for that myth

I knew we would struggle to control the middle of the park without Jorginho.

Ziyech I feel offers little in this kind of game, when we’re struggling under pressure.

I think it's more Kante than Jorghi. Mcginn is a beast when on it

CHO tries to go 1v1 too often imo. Should look to play more 1-2s to get himself a yard of space before he puts the cross in.

We definitely miss Kante - who wouldn’t. But Jorginho needs some respect too. He has been incredible this year
