Kante would definitely help winning the 2nd balls. But we can’t even play out from the back which Jorginho would help with.

Plus Kovacic and Saul are too similar. We probably need to ease Saul in, rather than throwing him into a hard fought midfield battle

That's not even the biggest issue. We just have a lot of inexperience and bad performances. Jorginho wouldn't change that much.

He's meant to be a tough, Simeone coached midfielder but McGinn looks the tougher here

We definitely miss Kante - who wouldn’t. But Jorginho needs some respect too. He has been incredible this year

100% but honestly Kai and Ziyech offer us nothing in a hard thought midfield - honestly we are playing with 8. I am not blaming them as it seems TT has told them to stay high, but it does mean our midfield is easily overrun
