Honestly we have won games and played worse today under TT - however we saw the best team in the league, fully fit, playing their type of game. Let's remember this has taken what 5+ years to get here, and a hugely deflected goal to win

Agree Simon. This is a team that finished 30 points above us last year. It’s disappointing, but we are still moving in the right direction.

Yeah Kovacic to Werner was the one chance I can think of. But Ederson coming out so quickly meant there was little margin for error in the pass.

And their CBs managed to stop Lukaku from winning any headers from crosses. Mount and Pulisic were the big misses today. And James.

We had difficult opening fixtures. Overall, not too bad a return from them.

If City play like that every week they will take some stopping. Probably want them to draw at Klanfield next weekend.

Yep this was my take away - Mount and Puli offer that little bit more in attack. Kova, Jorgi, and Kante are incredible on their day but generally lack creativity.

Again can't stress how happy I was to see a very mobile RLC, as pre injury RLC is fighting week in and week out to start in this team, and personally I feel is a potentially could be a better Kova - which would be amazing for us if he can do that constantly

13 pts from 6 games looks good considering the fixtures. But, today we were outclassed at home again by City. That is disappointing.

13/18 with Arsenal, Liverpool and Spurs away plus City at home done and dusted.
