City and Liverpool’s consistency is massively down to how long their managers have had to shape the entire squad to their style of play. Tuchel inherited a promising squad but it was mostly just that, promise. Not proven. He hasn’t bad that same time to mould them, yet we’re still in the same bracket.
What happens if he’s given the time? Pretty obvious if you ask me.
